Turning pages

• Prev / Next buttons at the bottom step one page at a time.
• Next cue jumps forward to the next page that contains at least one cue, handy when you’re checking a long dialogue run for the first LX pickup. A snackbar says “No more cued pages” if there aren’t any ahead.
• Next song jumps to the next page tagged as a song (see Songs & tags). A snackbar says “No more song pages” if there aren’t any ahead.
• Tap the page counter (“12 / 159”) to type a page number.
• Tap a segment in the page indicator bar to jump straight there.
• The Navigate button (compass icon ) at the right end of the bottom controls opens the Navigate sheet (see below).
• The thumbnail grid (⋮ menu → Page thumbnails ) jumps anywhere visually (see Managing Pages).

The Navigate sheet

The Navigate button (compass icon , at the right end of the page controls along the bottom) opens a bottom sheet with four tabs, Songs, Bookmarks, Cues, and Notes, for jumping anywhere in the show. Tap a row to jump; the sheet closes and lands you on that page. It appears in the same place in the edit screen and in show mode, so you can jump to a song or bookmark mid-run.

The sheet remembers the tab you last used, so if you’re working through Bookmarks and close the sheet, the next tap of Navigate reopens on Bookmarks, even in another show or after switching between edit and show mode. It starts on Songs again only when the app is restarted.

The page indicator bar

Each segment is a page:

• Green — the page contains cues.
• Amber outline — the page is bookmarked.
• Taller segment in the app’s accent colour — the current page.

Bookmarks

Tap the bookmark icon in the app bar to bookmark the current page (it fills amber ). Right beside it, the music-note icon tags the page as a song (see Songs & tags). Bookmarked pages keep their amber outline in the indicator bar for one-tap jumps, ideal for act tops, tricky sequences, and standby points. Bookmarks are saved with the show and follow pages if you reorder them.

Zoom

• Two-finger pinch zooms, and two-finger drag pans. One finger never moves the page; it belongs to the tool you’re using. Pinch is switched off while an element is selected, so deselect it to pinch again. While Add Cue or Add Blocking is open, a placement only fires when your finger lifts, so bringing in a second finger to pinch cancels the tap and zooms instead of dropping a stray element.
• Your working zoom carries across pages and is remembered per show: reopen the script tomorrow and you’re at the same zoom.
• Per-page zoom: in the Tools category, long-press the Zoom button to pin the current zoom and pan to this page, useful for a dense page you always want framed a certain way. The button’s icon changes to a focus frame once the page has a saved zoom. Landing on that page applies its saved zoom; tap Zoom to re-apply it (or reset to 100% when the page has none saved). A per-page zoom always wins over the show-wide one.

If a page has a Page Note (the reminder strip above the page image), navigating to it won’t reset your zoom. The pinned zoom, per-page or show-wide, is preserved.
