Pre-show and post-show checklists
Every show can have two checklists: one for pre-show setup and one for post-show wrap-up.
Opening a checklist
A checklist opens as a panel that slides up over the page, like Tasks. Your page stays where it was underneath.
- On page 1, tap Run pre-show checklist.
- On the last page, tap Run post-show checklist in the panel at the bottom of the page.
- Or open the menu, pick Page thumbnails, and tap the Pre-show or Post-show card.
A button only appears once its list has at least one item. When every item is ticked it reads Pre-show ✓ or Post-show ✓; tap it to look again. Tap × to close the panel.
Ticking items
Tap anywhere on a row, or its checkbox, to tick it. The time you ticked it appears on the line under the item’s name (after its note, if it has one), so you know exactly when it was done. Tap again to untick.
The top of the panel reads Not started until you tick the first item, then shows the date and Started with the time. If you come back to a list you left open, that date tells you straight away whether the ticks belong to tonight or to the last show.
Starting a new run
Tap Start new run to put the current ticks away in history and start fresh. You’re asked first. Every item goes back to unticked, and the new run’s start time is taken from your first tick.
When you’re done for the night, tap Complete this run to record the time you finished. The next time you open the list, the bottom of the panel shows Last run completed with that date and time.
Every run is kept until you delete it. See the History tab of Setup → Checklists.
Editing the items
You edit the items in Setup → Checklists. Pick Pre-show or Post-show, then:
- Tap Add item to add a row.
- Type the label; add an optional note underneath (e.g. “check all three doors, confirm with FOH”).
- Drag the handle on the left to reorder.
- Tap the trash icon to delete an item (you’ll be asked to confirm).
Changes appear on the checklist straight away.
Reviewing past runs
Setup → Checklists → History lists every archived run, newest first, with start and completed times and how many items were ticked. Tap a row to see the run’s details. Tap the trash icon to delete a run when you don’t need it any more.
